Your New Role

Location : Naperville, IL

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water treatment equipment while working alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with installing water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, water refiners, and related equipment

• Help diagnose, service, and repair water treatment systems

• Perform water testing using company-provided equipment

• Explain water test results and available solutions to customers under the guidance of experienced team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Safely operate and care for company vehicles and equipment

• Keep tools, inventory, and materials organized for daily jobs

• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every job site

• At least 3 years of plumbing or related mechanical experience

• Valid plumbing apprentice card, if required for your experience level

• Water treatment experience is preferred but not required

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment safely, including on stairs when necessary

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Authorization to work in the United States
