Health Coaches leverage our tech stack—Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app (Trainerize), InBody, and digital trackers—to deliver personalized, data-driven coaching across exercise, nutrition, habit change, and nutraceutical supplementation.The Health Coach (HC) guides clients through transformative wellness journeys, building measurable outcomes and accountability. You will own client results, engagement, and retention, using Serotonin systems, processes, and service catalog to deliver an exceptional member experience.Key responsibilities include:Client Consultations & Personalized PlansBody Composition & Progress TrackingTeam Collaboration & OperationsContinuous Improvement & Professional DevelopmentCore KPIs & Targets:Client Retention (6-month): ?80%Client Goal Attainment (90-day): ?70% achieve SMART goalsNet Promoter Score (NPS): ?90Guest-to-Member Conversion: ?80% monthlySupplement Purchase Adherence: ?60% monthly among active membersCommunity Engagement: ?4 events/month; ?20 qualified leads per event; ?70% booked within 7 daysQualifications:Passion for health and wellness; empathetic, client-centered communicator.Tech adaptability to Zenoti, Serotonin Coach app, InBody, and general business platforms.Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability to outcomes.Comfort with consultative sales; ability to educate and motivate.Phlebotomy certification a plus.Tech Stack & Tools:Zenoti — POS, scheduling, documentation, billing.GHL - CRMSerotonin Coach app— food, and exercise program delivery, messaging, habit tracking.InBody — body composition analysis and progress tracking.Center trackers and whiteboard — daily goals, MTD Goal vs. Actual.Email/Teams — internal communication and meetings.Safety & Compliance:HIPAA adherence; secure handling of PHI.Biohazard protocols; sharps and sample handling where applicable.Why Join Serotonin Centers:Join a supportive, high-performance team with clear goals, modern tools, and continuous learning.
