Graphic Designer

DescriptionA health system is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the full range of marketing efforts across social media, web, print, digital, and video. • Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, email, and digital advertising campaigns
• Create and maintain web assets, including banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and event collateral
• Support video projects, including basic editing, motion graphics, and animated content
• Collaborate with the marketing team and CMO to translate strategic direction into compelling visual content
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Stay current on design trends, healthcare marketing best practices, and industry standards
• Assist with photography and image editing/retouching as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or related industry a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
• Working knowledge of video editing/motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) preferred
• Experience designing for web and familiarity with content management systems a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across social, print, digital, and video design
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
