Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individualized and family therapy services to clients through virtual sessions, addressing their specific relational and emotional challenges. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and relational dynamics, creating customized treatment plans and establishing achievable goals. \n
- Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address communication issues and family stressors, enhancing relational functioning. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families during times of distress. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Educate clients on effective communication, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to promote their emotional resilience. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated care for clients. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges such as relationship conflicts, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and more. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit different age groups and situations will be crucial in effectively meeting their needs and driving positive outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee. \n
- A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- At least three years of relevant clinical experience in marriage and family therapy. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients quickly. \n
- Acommitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality in therapeutic practices. \n
- Capacity to work independently while also being an active, collaborative member of our clinical team. \n
- Flexibility in scheduling that accommodates clients’ availability for sessions. \n

- Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly preferred. \n
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools and online counseling platforms. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in marriage, couple, and family therapy. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additional benefits include:
