Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Epic proficiency and 2+ years of experience for a night shift position at a critical access hospital in Chewelah, WA.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting with 23 total staff beds
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling required
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Floating may be required to another facility approximately 25 minutes away
• No on-call required
• Epic EMR — experience required

Requirements

• Active WA RRT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Current and applicable certifications required

Additional Information

• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Any scrub color is acceptable
• No parking fee at this facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
• RTO or scheduling requests must be established prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
