What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Order Selector, you'll help build and prepare customer orders for delivery. Using warehouse technology and powered equipment, you'll locate products, build pallets, and help ensure every order is accurate and ready to ship.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selecting and building customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating powered pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
• Building, wrapping, and securing pallets for shipment
• Organizing and moving products throughout the warehouse
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Working with teammates to meet daily production and customer service goals

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, hardworking team players who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should be comfortable lifting and moving products throughout the shift, working in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environments, and have basic math and communication skills. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn, we'd love to have you on our team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualified candidates will have:

• The ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally
• Comfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments ranging from -10&degree;F to 85&degree;F
• Basic math and communication skills
• The ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
• A commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work every shift
