Job Description

The Project Coordinator / Estimator plays a vital role in supporting both sales and operations by reviewing projects, preparing estimates, coordinating with vendors, and developing proposals. This position requires strong organizational abilities, technical understanding, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and communicate company values, services, and capabilities.
• Review bid documents and analyze project scope, specifications, and requirements to support the Sales team.
• Prepare and organize equipment specification packages for architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct architectural plan reviews by comparing equipment drawings with Architectural, MEP, and Structural plans to identify conflicts or coordination issues.
• Develop accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates for new construction and smaller project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors; manage and evaluate quotes.
• Create and manage project estimates and proposals within ServiceTitan.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes, documentation, and project coordination workflows.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Working knowledge of Architectural, MEP, and Structural plans.
• Experience with material takeoffs and labor estimating.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating/project management software (ServiceTitan experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
