Shift Leader Opportunity at Ivar's Seafood Restaurant

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring high-energy shift leaders for our soon-to-open quick-service location at 4901 Point Fosdick Drive in Gig Harbor (in the Point Fosdick Square shopping center). These employees will work various service positions in the restaurant, such as cashier or counter helper, and oversee closing shifts.

Positions can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and the pay will include an hourly wage between $21.00 and $23.00 plus a share of the tips provided by our generous guests. For those who perform well and demonstrate the desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could quickly lead to a pay raise and promotion to assistant manager.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least one year of restaurant experience, an outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic.
