ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of 11 who work together in a supportive, close-knit environment. Before becoming an agent, I served as a Life Specialist with State Farm, worked as a consultant for a software company, and even spent time as an assistant basketball coach at George Fox University. As a second-generation State Farm agent, helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my path.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Ratzlaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
