About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC as a Home Care Caregiver in Tucson, AZ! We are passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. M
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client care and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating respect and empathy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and caregiving practices.
