Facilities Operations Analyst

Supporting the NORAM Real Estate team, the full-time remote Facilities Operations Analyst will coordinate facilities operations, manage financial processes, and maintain workplace data while collaborating with local office contacts and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinate facilities operations, including maintenance activities, service requests, and vendor interventions across NORAM Collect and maintain facilities and workplace data, preparing operational updates for management and stakeholders Monitor financial information related to facilities, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, while analyzing variances and risks Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, workplace operations, or related fields Proficiency in managing budgets, purchase orders, and financial reporting Strong Excel skills for organizing and analyzing operational and financial data Effective coordination with Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and regional stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
