Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift

About the Role: We have a current opening for a Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift and are actively reviewing applications.We are a leading organization in the food industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Third Shift Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring efficient and safe production operations during the overnight hours. Hours/ Schedule: 3rd Shift: 9:45p- 7:30aMon- Fri, with occasional weekend support as needed Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily activities for the optimization of the production factors (material, methods, labor force and machinery) providing all necessary information to Line responsible and Production Manager with the usage / handling of the single shift. Responsible within the shift for all production phases of their areas of competence within the assigned UGP. (Preparation, Molding, Enrobing, Packaging) Oversee the inventory inside their area of responsibility. Responsible for the presence of packaging/raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods for the successive shifts through coordination with the person in charge of the production line. Knowledge of production lines and machinery (production performance indicators, technological processes) Knowledge of stock management and production models Knowledge of planning techniques Knowledge and application of production performance analysis methods Knowledge and application of Ferrero Safety, Quality and Sanitation policies and procedures Knowledge and application of production KPI’s About You: 4-7 years of supervisory experience Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment. Demonstrated ability to direct production employees in an initiative-taking and positive manner. Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills. Ability to troubleshoot technological problems. Demonstrated team building skills. Knowledge of production scheduling Human resource management skills Able to work with minimal supervision in a shift environment.
