We deliver care that stays with you.About the Certified Medical Assistant (Primary Care)In our patient-centered, outcomes-driven environment, the Certified Medical Assistant supports patients through both in-office clinical duties and coordinated care beyond the visit. Responsibilities may include rooming patients, obtaining medical history, vitals, administering injections / immunizations, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, conducting EKGs, point-of-care testing, assisting with minor in-office procedures, performing wound care / dressing changes, and administering medications per provider protocol and standing orders. The MA also ensures continuity of care by coordinating referrals / follow-up, supporting chronic disease management, assisting with prior authorizations, and partnering with the extended care team to close care gaps and improve patient outcomes.Who Will Thrive in This RoleIndividuals who are compassionate, organized, adaptable, and motivated by making a meaningful difference in patients' lives will thrive in this role.
