About the Position Einstein Bros. Bagels invites you to join our team as a Team Member. Your day‑to‑day role centers on creating a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean, safe store setting. You will be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service and contributing to a positive community experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service. Serve breakfast and beverage items with consistent quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Assist with inventory, prep, and other shop tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years. Availability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Prior restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits Flexible schedule—no evenings or nights.
