The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) provides comprehensive healthcare services across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role involves direct patient care and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate health status
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage and prescribe medications appropriately
- Coordinate patient care across multiple healthcare providers and settings
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in family nursing practice
