Client Service RepresentativeOhana Urgent Care is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.In this fast-paced urgent care setting, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services — often during stressful, time-sensitive situations that require calm, clear communication and genuine empathy. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where urgency and compassion go hand in hand.Schedule and compensation:Compensation: $20 - 23 per hour, for each hour workedSchedule: This is a full-time position, with a 4 x 10 schedule and availability needed Tuesday–Friday.
