Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead the financial strategy for Upper Midwest manufacturing sites. You will partner with Area General Managers and their teams to drive performance and provide financial leadership. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance analysis. You will mentor 1–3 finance professionals and leverage ERP data to enable strategic decision making, balanced by a #J-18808-Ljbffr
