The operations coordinator oversees the Production process to ensure human safety, product safety, product quality, sanitation, efficiency, and environmental compliance.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:Must have High School diploma or GEDValid food handler's card through Tulsa Health Department (fee covered by Bama when hired)Meet the physical requirements of the positionRequired Experience: Understand manufacturing guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Experience with set-up and operation of packaging machinery. Experience with set-up and operation of automated batch processing system. Demonstrated problem solving ability.
