Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience with NextGen outpatient orthopedic documentation preferred. Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day and perform 40-minute evaluations. No new graduates. Prior clinical experience in outpatient settings required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with direct access to referring physicians. Familiarity working with support staff in high-volume outpatient clinics. Prior travel or per diem experience preferred. Assignment Details Monday through Friday scheduling with flexible options. Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour shift. 40 minutes allotted for evaluations. Start as soon as possible. May be required to float to nearby locations within the region.
