Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Med Surg PCU Team

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg PCU team in San Antonio, TX. This position involves delivering exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients facing acute and complex health issues.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and patient responses to treatments closely.
Administer medications and coordinate comprehensive care plans across various disciplines.
Assist with medical procedures and ensure safe transitions of care for patients.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Mentor and support new staff members as they acclimate to our team.
Contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license.
Experience in a Med Surg or PCU setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
