Job Title: Production Laborer - Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift: Day Shift | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Thursday
We're hiring Production Laborers to help manufacture environmental and erosion control products. This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
Operate production equipment and machinery
Load/unload large materials (not extremely heavy, but bulky)
Perform basic equipment checks and cleanup
Follow safety rules and PPE requirements
Work with the team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience with hand tools a plus
Able to lift up to 50-100 lbs
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and in high dust areas
Reliable attendance and flexible with hours, nights or weekends may be required
