The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a top DC law firm. This role will provide end user support services for onsite and remote users with a focus on excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an up and coming IT professional with at least 1 year of help desk experience who is able to work Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm onsite in this DC office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide overall end user support in Windows environment and 365
- Troubleshoot various user needs and escalate tickets as needed
- Collaborate with larger IT team on recurring user issues
- Regular hardware and software quality assurance testing
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ year of experience in end-user support
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of AA degree or comparable experience required
- Direct experience supporting Windows and 365 environments
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in-person Mon-Fri 11am-7pm
Compensation:
• $25/hr+
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
