Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands. This position is responsible for graphic design, digital and print content, website updates, newsletters, social media and marketing materials supporting BGCM's overall operations, including programs, events, fundraising efforts, hiring initiatives and 12 Club locations. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to produce engaging, accurate and brand-consistent materials while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Essential Functions Graphic Design & Marketing Materials Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including direct mail, flyers, brochures, invitations, event materials, signage and promotional pieces. Create marketing materials for BGCM programs, events, fundraising campaigns and Club locations. Design print and digital hiring and recruitment materials. Prepare files for print production and coordinate with printers and vendors as needed. Ensure all materials follow BGCM brand standards. Digital Marketing & Communications Update and maintain BGCM website content. Create and coordinate the BGCM e-newsletter. Create graphics and other digital content for BGCM social media channels. Assist with maintaining social media content calendars and scheduling posts. Support digital marketing campaigns and organizational communications. Create marketing materials promoting Club programs and membership. Develop materials that highlight Club members, programs, staff and organizational impact. Assist with photography and content collection at Clubs as needed. Project Coordination Manage assigned marketing projects from concept through completion. Maintain project timelines and meet established deadlines. Coordinate with staff, vendors and Club locations to complete assigned projects. Maintain organized marketing files, templates and digital assets. Communicate project updates and needs to the Marketing Manager. Other Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives and special projects. Stay current on graphic design, social media and marketing trends and best practices. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Required Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or experience in related field preferred. Professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Experience in Canva. Experience creating content for social media platforms. Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layout and visual communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with website content management preferred. Experience with email marketing platforms preferred. Must have reliable transportation to get to Club locations, meetings and events. Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
