Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Hartford, Connecticut Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse Registered Nurse who works per diem across multiple therapeutic areas, independently managing care in participants' homes while collaborating with the Nursing Solutions Group. Key Responsibilities Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home. Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions for complex problems. Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support. Participate in activities that advance the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery. Build relationships with study team members and serve as subject‑matter expert on all nursing processes. Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving needs of Science 37. Travel & Availability This is a travel role that requires on‑site visits to participants' homes. 1–2 days minimum a week dedicated to study visits. Weekday/night availability required. Willingness to travel up to 100% of time required for study participant visits, team meetings, and conferences. Requires valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and perform nursing tasks. Qualifications Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure. Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Full COVID‑19 vaccination strongly preferred (CDC guidelines). Positive representation of the company in participants’ homes and clinic settings. Skills & Competencies Ability to obtain nursing licenses in multiple states based on study needs. Proficiency in technology for assessments and documentation (laptop, tablet, communication devices). Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Physical stamina to perform nursing tasks and transport equipment. Strong teamwork and collaboration with research and clinical staff. Reporting Minimal supervision; reports to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group. Compensation Pay range $50‑55 per hour, plus discretionary bonuses and commissions.
