Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Emergency Room care. The position requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and adherence to safety standards to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid GA or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required.
• Hold current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
• Be adaptable to floating within the facility as needed.
• Successful completion of clinical pass within RTO guidelines and facility requirements.
