RN - MedSurg/Tele

Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical & Telemetry

This position offers a day shift with a 3x12-hour schedule from 07:00 to 19:30.

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a med-surg and telemetry setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage central lines and various infusion therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and document care progress.
• Implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 2 years of charge experience in a medical/surgical environment.
• Experience with patient ratios of up to 6:1.
• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required.
• AHA certification must be current at the time of application.
• Cerner charting experience is preferred.
