Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation to create new business opportunities
• Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the sales team
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers
• Collating with the sales team to ensure targets are met
• Researching and identifying key decision-makers within targeted accounts
• Providing product information and benefits to potential customers
• Following up on leads and conducting follow-up communications
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
