Senior Business Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Influence conversations and guide teams toward informed decisions and actionable outcomes
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Create, manage, and maintain user stories using Avio/ADIO or similar tools
- Partner with development, QA, and product teams to support successful solution delivery
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and streamline day-to-day activities
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies and process improvements
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate and implement practical AI-enabled solutions
- Support applications and workflows related to fraud prevention, investigation, or compliance functions
- Assist with business processes tied to shipment tracking, package movement, logistics, and operational systems
- Quickly develop expertise in new business domains, technologies, and applications
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience writing and managing user stories
- Working knowledge of Avio/ADIO or similar Agile management tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new business processes and technologies quickly
- Experience supporting fraud applications, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies strongly preferred
