Diana Health is a national network of modern women s health practices partnering with hospitals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting physician well-being. Our integrated model allows OB/GYNs to practice at the top of their license with the support of Certified Nurse Midwives, mental health clinicians, and a comprehensive care team.
In 2025, Diana Health achieved:
- 18% reduction in NICU admissions
- 12% reduction in NTSV C-sections
- 3.5-day workweek with more time for patients
- No wRVU or productivity requirements
- Base salary + annual bonus
- CNMs take first call , with OB/GYNs providing backup
- Manageable call schedule with more days off than traditional practices
- Integrated care teams including LCSWs, lactation, education, and specialists
- Tech-enabled practice with strong operational support
- National practice network focused on quality, outcomes, and sustainability
- Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan
- Perform gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen
- Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts as backup to in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7)
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Residents seeking a supportive, evidence-based, team-oriented first practice
- Experienced OB/GYNs seeking a sustainable, high-quality, patient-centered model
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Patient-centered, collaborative, and mission-driven
