Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities Include Supervising patient care, leading assessments, and developing personalized care plans. Providing compassionate, individualized support to facilitate patient recovery. Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Serving as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and celebrate milestones. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN licensure according to state regulations. CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
