Heat Press OperatorPosition Overview: Qualified candidates will operate the Heat Press machine and feed material into machinery, and lift to 50 lbs.Obtain a production schedule from the leadVerify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machineProduce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are metMake sure the workstations are clean and organizedAny other duties assigned by the production supervisor or leadQualifications:1+ years working in a manufacturing settingVery proficient with computersAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentPossess reliable transportation.Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.Able to work in and day out in a safe manner.Company Benefits:80 hours vacation (prorated by start date)Holiday pay for major federal holidaysAnnual increases with reviewsHealth Benefits package including, medical, dental, and visionLife InsuranceShort Term Disability401(K) with company 100% matchingScholarship opportunities and tuition reimbursementsShift Hours/Days1st shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM OT Saturday 6AM-2PM2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM OT Saturday 2PM-10PM3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM OT Friday 10PM-6AMEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
