ARRT - Radiologic Technologist / Certified Cath Lab Tech
MLR is seeking a skilled and driven Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team in Northern Illinois. Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care through advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities for a Cath Lab Tech:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiovascular imaging and interventional techniques.
Qualifications:
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Valid state license to practice in Illinois
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
