Night Auditor

Night Auditor: Courtyard Cle University Circle Location: Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland UCI, 482 2021 Cornell Rd, Cleveland, OH 44106, USA Description We are hiring a Night Auditor. The front desk role is at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with guests. The night shift operates without direct management supervision and involves closing out the day, checking in/out guests during non-traditional hours, and monitoring safety and weather-related conditions to ensure a secure stay for guests. Responsibilities Process credit card transactions and other charges for the day (restaurant, events, lounge). Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability. Perform check-in and check-out procedures. Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from the day shifts. Prepare folios for departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with morning breakfast setup if needed. Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
