We are seeking motivated and skilled Production Technicians to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work in a fast-paced production environment assisting with the assembly of electro-mechanical products, follow strict safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the Workshop Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ensure the highest product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first mindset and work safely operating various equipment, hand and power tools, and sustain clean and safe work area.
• Assemble electro-mechanical equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards.
• Inspect and test finished products to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in processes, products, and workplace efficiency
• Engage proactively in 5S program by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally to customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support product commissioning activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause of faults and provide resolutions.
• Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends to support business needs.
• Flexible and available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed to support business operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities and support cross-functional tasks as needed to meet operational goals.
• Crosstrain with multiple product lines and continuously develop skills in diverse assembly techniques to support operational flexibility and team growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste properly, and removing stray products or debris from the workspace.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with the use of hand and/or power tools (experience in automotive repairs, construction, carpentry, or other assembly type environments will be considered).
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities combined with strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management experience
• Capable of reading and writing in English to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation.
• Valid driver license.

Personal Attributes

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tasks such as inventory tracking, documentation, and quality control.
• Diligence, punctuality, and reliability fulfilling responsibilities and supporting team objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or followership abilities depending on the situation.
• Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift to support warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work regularly both indoor and outdoor and may working in a variety of weather conditions.

• HVAC experience
• OSHA 10-hour training
• MSHA 40-hour training
• Spanish language proficiency
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree
