What You'll Do * Represent Mr. Rooter Plumbing as the face of the company with homeowners. * Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions and options. * Conduct whole-home plumbing inspections to prevent future issues. * Perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and installations (partnering with licensed team members as required). * Follow our proven customer service process , from first greeting to job completion. What We Expect * 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential or commercial). * Proven ability to handle a wide range of plumbing tasks, from troubleshooting to repairs. * Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service . * Personal hand tools required. * Must lift 35 lbs, bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces. * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
