Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers. As the Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lawn maintenance workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will use Jobber software to manage the day-to day schedule. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time Operate mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers Maintain equipment and report any issues Ensure all safety protocols are followed Communicate effectively with team members and management Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver's license Experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers Strong leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bi-lingual a plus but not required Knowledge of Jobber software program a plus but will train #J-18808-Ljbffr Blakleys Landscaping
