The impact you'll make in this role As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $21.59/hour. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Set-Up & Operation of all equipment within multiple departments Make equipment adjustments as needed Operate and clean Inkjet printer and provide care for the Inkjet heads Perform various mechanical tasks in the operation of all equipment Write and prepare detailed production reports Utilize simple formulas, drawings, etc. Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.59/hr, with the potential to reach $27.69/hr. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
