Service Manager

HVAC Service Manager Since 1973, we have been a premier HVAC business in Southern Florida, which has allowed us to uphold the tradition of superior service and ongoing relationships with our clients. We are happy to expand on our reputation as top service providers for residential and commercial clients throughout Florida through our new partnership with John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Due to our growth, we are in a unique position to add an HVAC Service Manager to our growing extended family. Responsibilities Nurture field service technicians as mentor and brand ambassador for residential and commercial air conditioning and heating clients. Manage customer accounts ensuring loyalty, problem resolution, and accurate, efficient work. Coordinate field technician training on products, services, sales, and industry updates. Respond to warranty-related issues, providing guidance and technical expertise. Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure accuracy of jobs and projects. Collaborate with dispatchers and service technicians. Recruit, interview, and hire experienced service technicians. Perform HVAC calculations including interpreting manuals, schematics, and control circuits. Stay informed about local and state codes. Align with other managers to achieve company goals, sales, and targets. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Service Titan experience is a PLUS. 5+ years of industry experience including managing others. Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Ability to motivate, manage, and train technicians, installers, and dispatchers. Working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems and how to perform heating and cooling calculations. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office & Excel. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 - $85,000; Negotiable, depending on experience.
