Budget and Compensation

• Pay rate: $21.00 $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Overtime: Possible, estimated 010 hours/week, not guaranteed.

The Materials Handler is responsible for moving materials from machines at workstation as part of production process.

• Issue and transfer parts for production.
• Assist Production Planner and assembly stores whenever required.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
• SAP experience preferred.
• 2 year minimum materials experience required.
• Local to Houston.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of materials management experience required.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Ideal candidate is self-directed and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. (Training will be provided.)

Length of Assignment

• 6 months.
• Potential for conversion to full-time.

Location

• Candidates must be local to Houston.

Work Environment

• 80% warehouse/shop, 20% desk.
• Not climate-controlled.
• Fast-paced and dynamic.

Training

• NEST in Houston.

Shift/Hours

• Monday Friday, 8:00 16:30.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
