Dental Claims Advocate | Customer Care Specialist
Delta Dental
Delta Dental is seeking a Customer Advocate for its Customer Contact Center. The role focuses on researching and responding to inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims status, while maintaining a consultative approach to understand customer needs and deliver excellent service. Schedule runs 12:15 PM to 9:00 PM with shift bid eligibility based on performance.
