Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes and restoring functionality.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of evidence-based treatments across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide skilled and compassionate care to patients in both the rehabilitation center and their home environments, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each patient's experience is positive and supportive of their healing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient engagement and outcome success.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercise programs, techniques, and best practices to facilitate recovery.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives of Patient Care Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will span across a diverse clientele, offering treatment to a wide range of patients, from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to pediatric patients with developmental challenges and athletes with sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients.
• Proficient in using electronic record-keeping systems and word processing software.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
