Growth Marketing Lead (Contract) Contract: 3–6 months, with potential to extend or become permanent Working pattern: Flexible IR35 status: TBC, likely outside IR35 Up to £500 per day (flexible) Build the growth engine behind a brand-new digital platform. We’re partnering with a well-funded technology business preparing to scale a new self-serve B2B platform. As the company’s first Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll shape the end-to-end customer growth strategy from awareness and acquisition through to conversion, retention and repeat bookings. This is a strategic role focused on growth planning, agency leadership and commercial performance rather than hands-on campaign activation. You’ll manage budgets of up to £2 million annually and work closely with Product, MarTech and Content. What you’ll own: End-to-end growth strategy Customer acquisition, conversion and retention Paid search, paid social and SEO strategy CRO and landing-page optimisation Attribution, analytics and experimentation Agency management and budget ownership The customer journey from awareness to booking and rebooking What we’re looking for: You’ll have client-side B2B growth marketing experience within a start-up or scale-up, ideally growing a self-serve digital product. You’ll also bring: Strong agency and budget management experience A commercial, data-led approach to growth Experience working closely with Product teams Knowledge of performance marketing, CRO and attribution The ability to balance strategy with pragmatic execution Relevant backgrounds could include self-serve platforms, SaaS, subscriptions, digital marketplaces, MarTech, FinTech or productivity software. #J-18808-Ljbffr Propel London Ltd.
