Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. \n
The clients you will work with represent a diverse population, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a range of mental health challenges. This includes addressing acute issues such as anxiety and depression as well as long-term trauma recovery. Your therapeutic interventions will support clients of all ages, promoting healing and resilience within our community.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be prioritized. \n
- Requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a client-centered approach. \n
- Exhibits empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential for balancing client care and administrative responsibilities. \n
While the role requires licensure and a degree, prior clinical experience is highly valued. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience providing therapy, developing treatment plans, and engaging with a variety of therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with telehealth services will be appreciated, as we continue to expand our remote offerings.
