About the Role We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on developing new contacts, building community relationships, and selling Shelter products. Responsibilities Develop prospects and build a client base within the community. Sell Shelter Insurance products and services. Manage agency operations, including general administrative duties and staff cooperation. Ensure meeting of sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills suitable for sales environments. Previous sales experience and a degree with general business courses is helpful, but not required. Ability to work independently as a business owner. Eligibility to work in the United States.
