Launch your clinical career with a supportive team! We are seeking an enthusiastic, provisionally licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LGPC) to join our outpatient practice. This entry-level role is designed to help you hone your diagnostic and therapeutic skills while building a diverse clinical foundation. We provide complimentary, board-approved clinical supervision and full administrative backing, allowing you to focus completely on your clients and your professional growth. If you are passionate about high-quality mental health care and eager to learn, we want to support your journey to independent licensure! Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted license
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred - Internship included
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
