# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health – Colorado Start Date: September 7, 2026
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Patient ratio approximately 1:8-9 (estimated, never guaranteed) Highlights:

• Travel RN position in a 120-bed Adult Behavioral Health unit within a three-time Magnet-designated facility
• Work with a collaborative team of approximately 50 RNs and Mental Health Technicians in a supportive, family-oriented environment
• EMR system: Meditech | Standard equipment includes Welch Allyn vital sign machines
• Responsibilities include behavioral health admissions, discharges, and serving as a lead RN resource with specialized training provided
• Opportunity to float to other inpatient adult behavioral health units for varied clinical experience
• Excellent learning environment for nurses seeking to expand expertise in diverse mental health conditions

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• CPI Certification or Calm Every Storm Certification (Crisis Prevention)
• Minimum of 1 year current Behavioral Health experience required
• Strong inpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred
