Reno Staffing is looking for Production Workers for a composite manufacturing company in the Reno, NV area!

Reno Staffing is now hiring Production Workers for a local manufacturing facility specializing in fiberglass and composite part fabrication. This is a fulltime, temptohire opportunity with longterm growth. No experience is required — full training is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow within an employeeowned company.

Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Reno, NV

Summary:

This position involves handson composite fabrication, including fiberglass layup, mold casting, and custom part production. Work is lighttomoderate and focused on precision, craftsmanship, and consistency, not heavy lifting. Candidates will be trained in a specialized trade with longterm advancement opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.

• Learn fiberglass layup and moldcasting techniques

• Work with fiberglass sheets, resins, and chemical compounds

• Build, trim, and finish custom parts by hand

• Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent quality

• Improve speed and accuracy over time

• Work in an openair warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations

• Wear required PPE at all times (respirator, eye protection, steeltoe boots)

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional jobrelated activities not specifically outlined above.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn a skilled trade

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

• Comfortable working around fiberglass dust and chemical resins

• Must be able to wear a fitted respirator (no chin/cheek facial hair; mustaches OK)

• Safetyminded and consistent in a structured environment

An interview is required to be considered for this position. A drug test will be required after interview (THC not tested).
