Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Owning the customer journey from first touch through renewal and expansion, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns while managing the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. Key responsibilities Design, build, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across the customer journey Own segmentation and lifecycle stage definitions in HubSpot, ensuring clean handoffs between teams Partner with Analytics/Ops to define and track core lifecycle metrics and report on campaign performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech Strong experience with HubSpot, including workflows and segmentation Track record of building nurture programs that drive key business metrics Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated B2B industries is a plus
