We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to support our surgical teams in delivering safe and efficient patient care. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing the operating room, managing sterile instruments, and assisting surgical teams during procedures. Surgical Technologist Location: Olla, LA 71465 Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical suites with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain a sterile field and follow proper aseptic techniques throughout procedures
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating needs during surgery
• Ensure surgical counts are accurate before, during, and after procedures
• Support patient positioning, prepping, and transport when needed
• Restock supplies and clean rooms post-operation
• Follow all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively within the surgical team to promote optimal care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong understanding of sterile field maintenance and surgical tools
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and focused in a high-pressure setting
