Strategic Market Access Counsel (Raleigh)

Axiom is seeking experienced Market Access Lawyers to work with leading pharmaceutical companies in the United States. You will provide proactive legal and compliance guidance on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies, including government pricing reporting and contracting impacts.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating PBM/payer/GPO, wholesaler, discount, and value‑based contracts, as well as advising on patient support programs with attention to anti‑kickback risks.
